Sorry if the title is misleading, no exhibition in view, but this refer to what I told myself while hanging my works for the last exhibition at my place last april, like most of the time I do an exhibition I feel that I don’t have any landscapes left, so I decided to make one quickly that night, as the same time, doing a bit of pastel change my mind from cleaning the appartment and kind of calm me down a bit…I guess I should get the message one day, I don’t have many landscapes because when I do some they go…so sometime I do make a bit of concession to the need once in a while to sell some of my works…and seems that landscape are easier to sell, if I consider that I have none left…maybe the rarity of them cause the demand, I should ask that to people who are knowledgable in economics, I’m not and in marketing too, I’m not.

Non, désolé le titre est trompeur….pas d’exposition qui approche, du moins pas pour les prochains mois, mais la veille ou deux jours avant je crois, c’est ce que je me suis dit, il me faut un paysage, j’essaie d’en avoir quelques-uns lorsque j’expose, parfois faut bien que je pense ‘ventes’, eh oui parfois je cède au besoin d’avoir des tableaux ou pastels qui se vendent mieux, du moins si je me fie au fait, que ceux que j’ai fait, je ne les ai plus, je dois bien admettre qu’ils sont en demande, un principe d’économie, la rareté fait monter la demande, ou quelque chose comme cela, je ne suis pas très versé en économie, ni en marketing…donc un pastel, fait à la dernière minute alors que je mettais la main aux derniers préparatifs de l’expo de l’année passée….le vidéo vient par après, un peu espacé l’écart entre chaque diapo, je n’ai eu le temps que de prendre 4 diapos….

Mais pour changer je vais mettre avant tout la photo du port que j’ai utilisé, vous remarquerez un effet très spécial dans la photo, effet de la lentille, du soleil couchant, plutôt des égratignures que j’ai fait en voulant nettoyer la photo qui était sale, bel effet je dois admettre…:)

But to change it a bit I will put first the picture I used for this pastel, you can notice some strange effect in it, lense reflections, sunlight playing tricks, try more like scratches made with a cloth while attempting to clean the pic, some modern art isn’t it…and some dirt left in the pic, inspiring to interpret in a pastel…:)
